Hi, I’m Scott, the owner of KindTech Media.

I’m a local drone pilot and content creator based in Sycamore, Illinois, serving DeKalb County and the surrounding Northern Illinois area. What started as an interest in technology, photography, and creating content has quickly grown into something I genuinely love doing—helping local businesses, property owners, organizations, and communities showcase what they do from a different perspective.

I’m an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot, and my work ranges from aerial and ground photography \ video to property mapping, event coverage, and social media content. I especially enjoy finding creative ways to use drone technology beyond just getting a great-looking photo.

KindTech Media is still a growing business, and I’m proud of that. I’m constantly learning, improving my craft, and building relationships with people and businesses throughout our community. I care much more about producing work I’m proud to put my name on than simply getting through another job.

Outside of KindTech, I’m a husband and dad of three, so family is a huge part of my life. I love technology, photography, exploring new places, and finding an excuse to get the drone in the air whenever I can.
